Road
Road links are good, with a major
road network which links to the M1,
M25 and M40 motorways. The Piccadilly
line and the 140 Bus provide direct
links between Harrow and Heathrow
Airport. Both Heathrow and Luton
Airport are easily accessible by road
and public transport.
Its location, and the nature of its
business, ensures that Harrow enjoys
high employment growth and low
levels of unemployment.
Harrow is a great place to live and work.
It has quality housing, great parks and
open spaces and a wonderful heritage
and leisure offer. On top of all this, it
plays a key part in London’s economy.
Harrow businesses benefit from great
connections to central London and to
the north and south west of England
by both road and rail networks.
Rail
The borough is strategically located to
offer excellent transport links to central
London, which includes a 14-minute
direct rail link into Euston. It is well
served by both mainline rail and
underground services. Four under-
ground lines cross the borough - the
Metropolitan, Jubilee, Bakerloo and
Piccadilly lines with stations situated
across the borough. There are 13
stations in Harrow and five just outside
the borough.
