The Little Academy Day Nursery and Pre-School is a
private day nursery and pre-school for babies and
children from 3 months to 5 years. We are committed to
providing excellent standards of childcare and pre-school
education in a safe, loving and stimulating environment.
Our aim is to ensure that by the time your child reaches
school age they are confident, secure and well prepared
to be successful at school.
We are committed to giving your child the best start in
life with their learning and development at every stage
and the children are encouraged to be active participants
in their learning. Resources are always accessible to the
children and they are able to explore and experiment
using a variety of different materials and textures, with a
range of stimulating enjoyable activities and experiences
planned for each individual child’s needs. We strive to
ensure each child reaches their full potential.

dedicated child care professionals, holding recognised
childcare qualifications including Qualified Teacher
PGCE, NNEB, NVQ and are CRB checked. Our Manager
and Deputy Manager have 29 years’ childcare
experience between them.

security entry system.
3 Our rooms are bright, airy and a beautiful
environment for your child. We have a secure
interesting outdoor area with free flow access from
the rooms as recommended by the Early Years
Foundation Stage curriculum guidelines.
